CVH / SEFI / SPI ADJUSTABLE CAM GEAR

The precision adjustable cam drive gear for the SEFI / SPI engines allows for +/- 10 degrees of timing adjustment. Four stainless steel socket head cap screws lock the gear in place. It is CNC machined from lightweight 6061 Aluminum. Each line on scale represents 2 degrees of adjustment. Click here to see our page on "How To Degree A Cam". NOTE: This gear is a round tooth design and fits 1991-up Escort & Focus CVH / SEFI / SPI engines. The older 1.9L Escorts, prior to April of 1991, used a square tooth drive belt and is not compatable with this gear unless the water pump and crankshaft drive gears are also changed to the later style.
