Focus SPI 25% UDP

This lightweight underdrive crankshaft pulley takes a substantial load off the engine freeing up more horsepower to the wheels, especially with power steering and air conditioning yet allowing the alternator to function normally. You can feel the difference just bolting it on, and it is an easy installation. Good for 5-6 horsepower and a noticeable mileage increase. This pulley is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and weighs 1lb-10oz. which is almost 3lbs. less than the stock pulley. This pulley fits all Focus 2.0L SPI engines.

Note: You will need a 1-1/2" shorter 6-rib serpentine drive belt available at any local auto parts store.

Note: DOES NOT FIT THE ZETEC OR DURATEC DOHC ENGINES. The required belt size may vary up to +/- 1/2" because of manufacturing tolerances in the vehicle. The belt should be tight when going on as long as long as it fits. Don't try stretching it. If it goes on with very much clearance between any of the pulleys and the belt with the tensioner fully retracted, then it is probably too loose and you should opt for the next smaller size Belts are usually available in 1/2" increments and sometimes less depending upon the size.
